To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all photographers and their clients are required to complete a liability waiver before entering The Framed Farmhouse property. As a working farm, there may be uneven ground, farm equipment, and other natural hazards. These waivers help protect everyone while allowing you to enjoy the property with confidence. Thank you for helping us keep The Framed Farmhouse a safe and welcoming place for all visitors!

Please, leave the property the way you found it. We pride ourselves on our liter free space.

The stone wall in ‘The Coop’ is authentic and very old. This means it is starting to crumble. Please DO NOT touch, lean or climb on the stone wall lining the outdoor area.

The bar top is a great spot to sit at and enjoy conversations. With that being said, it is NOT properly fastened to hold you up. Please stay off of the bar top and the table off to the side.

The windows in The Greenhouse are the original windows from our beautiful home. Please DO NOT push or lean on the windows.

We know that little hands love to explore, that is the reason most of our real plants will be up on the higher shelves. Please leave them there.

The Garden around the Greenhouse is a great to explore. Please be mindful of the plants and flowers growing - the flowers are not for picking.

The Framed Farmhouse is a working Tree Nursery (First Nature Nursery). Please know that the trees in the fields are our crop. Of course we want you to enjoy the space and the beauty of them, but please do not cut, rip, pull or mishandle them in any way.
